01. An interim direction was passed by this Court upon the respondents to make payment of arrears of COLA to petitioner No. 12.

02. It seems that the compliance report pursuant to the aforesaid direction was filed by the respondents on 25.02.2022. In the said compliance report, a stand has been taken by the respondents that total COLA arrears including CPF of petitioner No. 12 amounts to Rs. 75,900/-, out of which an amount of Rs. 23,640/- has been paid to petitioner No. 12 after deducting Rs. 52,260/- as excess payment. It has been stated that the said excess amount was credited into the account of petitioner No. 12 on account of gratuity.

03. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to file response to the compliance report. Needful be done by the next date of hearing.
