1. Vide order dated 18.03.2025, it was directed that in the event, needful is not done in terms of order dated 20.02.2025, Director Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution, Srinagar shall remain present in person before the Court on the next date of hearing.

2. Till today, needful has not been done in terms of order dated 20.02.2025.

3. In view of above, we are left with no other option but to consider the matter on the basis of record placed before us. However, learned counsel for the parties shall be at liberty to place any document which may be deficient in the record before us.
