On perusal of the pleadings, it is found that there is an element of
amicable settlement between the parties with regard to the dispute raised in this
petition.
The case is, thus, referred to the Coordinator, Mediation Centre, for
reference of this case to the Mediator under the Special Mediation Drive-
"Mediation For the Nation 2.0", to be taken up on 02.03.2026.
Parties are directed through their counsel to participate in the Mediation
on the appointed date.
Registry shall summon the respondents with regard to the reference
through his counsel.
