1. Mr. Tawseef Ahmad, respondent No.2, Station House Officer, Police Station Budgam, is present in person.

2. Respondent No. 1, along with her younger daughter, is present through virtual mode, she states that she is in Hyderabad. Ms. Aayat Waseem, elder daughter of respondent No.1 is also present through a different device, she states that she is in Hyderabad but it seems that she is in Brenwar, Budgam with her aunt.

3. Learned counsel for respondents, Mr. Bikramdeep Singh, states that the SHO concerned has produced the tickets as well as the boarding pass of respondent No. 1 and her younger daughter, however only the ticket but not the boarding pass of Ms. Aayat Waseem has been produced.

4. Station House Officer, Chadoora, Budgam, is directed to produce Ms. Aayat Waseem, daughter of respondent No.1 before this court on Monday, i.e. 23.02.2026.
