06.04.2026 With reference to the order dated February 26, 2026, Mr. S.K. Anand, learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits, for, the Authorities to work out an amicable settlement, the appellant shall have to move a formal application. And, in the event, any such application is moved within next three days, the same shall be considered by the competent Authority and appropriate orders thereon shall be passed within two weeks thereafter.

In response, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant shall move an appropriate application in this regard today itself.
