Learned counsel for respondents 1 and 3 submits that the compliance report dated April 14, 2025 has since been submitted.

Ms. Monika Kohli, Learned Sr. AAG, appears on behalf of respondents 2, 4 and 5 and submits that in the wake of issue that arise for consideration she needs a day's accommodation to seek instructions and ascertain as to how much time, the concerned land acquisition Collector would actually require to reinitiate the land acquisition proceedings in compliance to the order and judgment dated 29.08.2022 rendered by this Court.
