dated 9th August, 2024, passed by learned Single Judge in WPC No. 3117/2023
and, therefore, the application for condonation of delay.
Despite notice in the application, the respondents have chosen not to appear
and contest the application for condonation of delay. The application is allowed
and the delay of 58 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Issue notice to the respondents returnable within a period of four weeks.

August, 2024, shall remain stayed.
