1. Mr. Rakesh Kumar, Superintendent Engineer, Hydraulic Circle, Jammu, and

Mr. Amit Abrol, Executive Engineer, Tubewell and Irrigation Division,

Jammu, are present in person. They submit that they have taken up the matter

regarding approval of the indent for the land acquisition for the tubewell

Nikowal VIII and Sai Kalan-B Suchetgarh, through e-office online portal vide

e-file No. 7615950, however, due to the prevailing circumstances, some more

time may be granted to comply with the judgment.

2. In the interest of justice, three weeks' further time as last and final opportunity

is granted to the respondents to comply with the judgment, failing which,

respondent No. 2 shall appear in person on the next date of hearing.
