1. The respondent has placed on record copy of the communication dated

03.02.2025 addressed to the Commissioner/Secretary to Government,

Housing and Urban Development Department, Civil Secretariat,

Jammu.

2. Mr. S. S. Nanda, learned senior AAG submits that the amount is being

sought from the Administrative Department i.e.

Commissioner/Secretary to Government, Housing and Urban

Development Department, Civil Secretariat, Jammu.

3. The respondent shall hold a meeting with the Commissioner/Secretary

to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department,

Civil Secretariat, Jammu to ensure that the judgment dated 24.11.2023

is complied with in its letter and spirit by or before the next date of

hearing.

4. It is made clear that in the event any hindrance is posed by the

Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban

Development Department, Civil Secretariat, Jammu, he shall be

arrayed as one of the contemnors in this petition.

5. List on 04.03.2025.

6. Copy of this order be sent to Commissioner/Secretary to the

Government, Housing and Urban Development Department, Civil

Secretariat, Jammu for compliance.
