1. Vide order dated 22.11.2018 passed by the writ court, the petitioners
were held entitled to regularization in terms of J&K Civil Services
(Special Provisions) Act, 2010 and the respondents were directed to pass
appropriate order in this regard within a period of six weeks from the
date of passing of the order.
2. Order for regularization of the petitioners has been passed only on
09.03.2023, which in fact was required to be passed within a period of
six weeks from 22.11.2018.
3. In view of this, let fresh compliance report, strictly in accordance with
the judgment be filed by or before the next date of hearing.
4. List on 07.03.2025.
