Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the delay in filing the Letters Patent Appeal against the judgment sought to be implemented has been condoned and now the Letters Patent Appeal would be taken up for consideration.

The respondents shall produce stay order or in the alternative file compliance report by next date of hearing. No further opportunity in this regard shall be granted.
