In the instant appeal, the appellants herein have challenged judgment dated 20.08.2024 whereby the appellant No. 1 is denied maintenance by the court of learned Additional Principal Family Court, Jammu and the meager amount of Rs. 6,000/- per month has been awarded as maintenance to the appellant No. 2.
Issue notice to the respondent.
Mr. Mayank Gupta, Advocate waives notice on behalf of the respondents.
Learned counsel for the appellants states that he has already filed an execution petition. It is directed that the instant petition shall not come in the way of the execution proceedings initiated by the appellants.
Learned counsel for the appellants is directed to furnish a copy of the appeal to learned counsel for the respondent during the course of the day.
