Learned counsel for the parties submits that the instant petitions have arisen out of CSA No. 36/2012 and CSA No. 35/2012. Since the impugned judgments have been stayed, therefore, the petitions referred above have become infructuous. Their statements are taken on record.
These petitions are accordingly, dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
Record of the 1st Appellate Court i.e Additional District Judge, Udhampur has been received, however, the record from the Court of learned Munsiff JMIC Udhampur has not been received. The same is necessary for disposal of these appeals.
