1. The petitioners were granted liberty to revive the instant contempt
petition in the event of non compliance of order/judgment dated
15.09.2015.
2. It is stated that the judgment has not been complied with by the
respondents till date.
3. There is no need to issue notice to the respondents in the instant
application.
4. Accordingly, in view of the averments made in the application, duly
supported by the application, the same is allowed. The contempt
petition bearing CPSW No. 155/2017 closed vide order dated
16.08.2023 is revived to its original number.
5. Application stands disposed of.
