                                       ORDER

Petitioners are clamoring for the implementation of the order/judgment

dated 22.09.2015 viz-a-viz three petitioners only, as on date, i.e., petitioner

Nos. 1, 2 & 6 only.

This Court vide order/judgment dated 22.09.2015 has been pleased to

dispose of the writ petition i.e. SWP No. 2637/2015 by directing respondents

that salary dues payable to the petitioners including arrears, whatsoever, be

paid to them without any further delay in light of the certificates which have

been placed on record. The petitioners have filed the present contempt

petition for willful disobedience of the aforesaid order/judgment which has

attained finality.

Statement of facts has been filed on behalf of respondent No. 2 in

which a specific stand has been taken by the Director School Education,

Jammu that he has already communicated in this regard to the Principal

Secretary to Government, School Education Department latest on 04.03.2023

and in spite of the aforesaid communication, the Administrative Department

has not accorded any approval with regard to the payment of salary in terms

of the aforesaid order/judgment passed by this Court.

Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG further submits that he be given

another opportunity of two weeks to file fresh compliance report on behalf of

respondent No. 1, who has to take decision with regard to the release of funds

in terms of the aforesaid communication.

Let fresh compliance report be filed on behalf of respondent No. 1

within a period of two weeks which shall, however, be the last and final

opportunity, failing which, respondent No. 1 shall appear in Court on the next

date.
