                                     ORDER

15.03.2023 Notice.

Mr. Rohan Nanda, learned Central Government Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He submits that the notification on the basis of which Show Cause Notice has been issued was sub-judice before this Court and subsequently the order and judgment rendered by this Court has been upheld by the Apex Court vide order dated 22nd April 2020.

He further seeks three weeks' time for filing response. Time is granted.

List on 04.05.2023 along with WP(C) No. 141/2023. In the meantime, subject to objections from the other side and till next date before the Bench, the respondents are restrained to adjudicate the show cause notice bearing C.No. V ( 38 ) 88/ HQ / Adj/CE/J&K/ HPM/2013-6938

dated 25-07-2013 as well as notice bearing C.No. V ( Ch.38 ) CE/D/J/ HPM/614/2013-5090 dated 18-06-2013.
