CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JAVED IQBAL WANI, JUDGE
ORDER
07-02-2023
Mr. Hamza Prince, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the judgment passed by the Division Bench dated 10.10.2022 in LPA no. 152/2022, referred by Ms. Asifa Padroo, AAG, appearing counsel for the respondents, admittedly squarely covers the case of the petitioner as the judgment impugned in the LPA supra tilted as "Tanveer Gul versus State and others" had been laid as a baseline by the petitioner in the instant petition for claiming reliefs in the petition.
In view of the statement made by Mr. Hamza Prince nothing survives for adjudication in the instant petition and the judgment passed by the Division Bench in LPA 152/2020 shall mutatis mutandis be applicable to the case of the petitioner.
The petition is accordingly disposed of.
