                                   ORDER

This is an application seeking extension of time to comply with the judgment dated 04.05.2023 passed in WP(C ) No. 1689/2019.

From a reading of judgment dated 04.05.2023, it transpires that the applicants/respondents therein were granted two months' time to reconsider the matter and pass fresh speaking order on the application of the writ petitioner strictly on the basis of Compassionate Appointment Policy of 1998. Two months' period has expired and, therefore, the instant application seeking extension of time to comply with the aforesaid judgment.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The applicants/respondents before the Writ Court are granted four weeks' further time as a last and final opportunity to comply with the judgment dated 04.05.2023 passed in WP(C ) No. 1689/2019.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
