1. Petitioner has filed the instant contempt petition against the respondents for
their deliberate and willful disobedience of the judgment/order dated
16.02.2017 passed by this Court in SWP No. 1887/2013.
2. Compliance report has been filed on behalf of the respondent No. 3, perusal
whereof reveals that the petitioner is not cooperating with the department for
processing his pension case as per the relevant rules.
3. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the instant contempt petition
for adjudication. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are dropped and the
contempt petition stands closed.
