19.10.2022 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has filed compliance

report yesterday that is not on record. However, copy of the same provided to

the learned counsel for the petitioners has been produced for perusal of the

Court which reveals that the judgment passed on 04.05.2018 has not been

implemented in letter and spirit because it is admittedly stated by the learned

counsel for the respondents that no award has been passed.
