Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the judgment of
which the violation is alleged is subject matter of challenge before the Hon'ble
Supreme Court and the judgment of Division Bench upholding the judgment of
Single Bench has been stayed.
In view of the aforesaid, the proceedings in this contempt petition are
deferred for the time being. It shall come up for consideration again on
16.08.2022.
