                                     ORDER

01. In terms of order dated 07.04.2022, the Director School Education, Jammu

was directed to appear in person for explaining as to why compliance report has

not been filed. Record of the proceedings would reveal that the petition of the

petitioner had been disposed of on 24.10.2018, whereby the respondents were

directed to reinstate the petitioner immediately.

02. In terms of order dated 24.11.2021, respondents were directed to file a

fresh compliance report within a period of four weeks clearly indicating whether

the petitioner had been provided all the benefits i.e., salary, subsistence

allowance and the pensionary benefits which accrued to him in terms of

aforesaid judgment.

03. Record of the proceedings would reveal that the personal appearance of

the Director School Education, Jammu was sought in terms of the order dated

07.04.2022. Despite the said directions, respondents neither filed any compliance

report nor any one appeared on their behalf and as per record today as well, fresh

compliance report has not been filed, so much so, the Director School Education,

Jammu is also not present in the Court.

04. In the aforesaid backdrop, presence of the Director School Education,

Jammu be secured by issuance of bailable warrants to the tune of ₹ 5000/- to be

executed through Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Jammu.

05. List on 17.08.2022.

Copy of this order be provided to learned GA under the seal and signature

of the Bench Secretary of this Court for service upon the SSP, Jammu for its

compliance.
