1. This petition seeks compliance of judgment dated 02.08.2017.

2. In Para 6 of the statement of facts filed by the respondents on 25.03.2021,

it is submitted that the case of the petitioner is under active consideration.

3. Initially vide order dated 13.03.2008 in SWP No. 250/2005, a direction

was given to the respondents to take a decision on the recommendation of the

Director, Rural Development, Jammu for regularization of the petitioner under

SRO 64 of 1994. Thereafter the petitioner filed another writ petition i.e. SWP No.

1916/2017 which was disposed of directing the respondents to take appropriate

decision but till date, the same has not been done.

4. The petitioner's case for regularization is pending consideration till date.

5. In view of the aforesaid, let compliance report be filed by or before the

next date failing which Director Rural Development Department shall appear in

person.
