HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH
AT JAMMU
CJ Court
Case: LPA No. 102 of 2021
Manjeet Kumar ...Petitioner(s)/Appellant(s)
Through: Sh. Sachin Dev Singh, Advocate.
V/s
University of Jammu and others .... Respondent(s)
Through: Sh. Anil Sethi, Advocate.
CORAM:
HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE
ORDER
Heard Sh. Sachin Dev Singh, learned counsel for the appellant and Sh.
Anil Sethi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
The judgment and order dated 02.06.2021 of the Writ Court is under
challenge whereby the petitioner/appellant has been held ineligible for LLB
three years course as he has not acquired the qualifying degree with 10+2+3
pattern of education.
The argument of learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant is that he
is more qualified inasmuch as he has obtained the qualifying degree by
10+3+3 method.
Since there is a delay of 56 days in filing the appeal, Sh. Sethi may
file objections to the delay condonation application if he so desires by the
next date.
As prayed by the parties, list on 06.12.2021.
