This is a petition seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance and disobedience of interim order dated 27th June, 2013 passed in OWP No. 848/2013, whereby a direction was issued to the respondents to release the admitted amount to the petitioner after obtaining necessary approval within a period of three weeks. It is reported that the writ petition bearing OWP No. 848/2013 has been finally disposed of by this Court vide Judgment dated 11th September, 2018.

Interim direction, of which, the violation is alleged in this petition has merged with a final order and, therefore, rendering this contempt petition infructuous.

Dismissed as infructuous.
