                                           ORDER

This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking withdrawal of

the contempt petition with liberty to challenge the order of consideration passed

by the respondent in compliance to the judgment dated 27.09.2017 passed in

SWP No. 2389/2017.

The application, for the reasons stated therein, is allowed.

The contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to

challenge the consideration order by way of appropriate proceedings.
