Mr. J.A.Kawoosa, learned Sr. Counsel, appearing for appellant- Insurance Company submits that one of the grounds of challenge in the appeal is that the Tribunal has decided the matter by awarding a compensation for damage of vehicle, whereas no issue in this regard has been framed.

Mr. P.S.Ahmad, learned counsel, appearing for respondents/claimants 1 to 4 submits that he may be given some time enabling him to produce a judgment on the same issue. Submission is allowed.
