This is an application for seeking rectification in the judgment and order dated 6.12.2021 passed by this court.

It is stated that even when the judgment and order was dictated and pronounced in the open court, but due to inadvertence, after allowing the petition, the petition is stated to have been (dismissed).

There is considerable merit in the application. It is ordered that the word 'dismissed' figuring in the last paragraph of the judgment and order dated 6.12.2021 shall be deemed to have been omitted from the said judgment and order. This order shall form part of the judgment and order dated 6.12.2021.

Disposed of accordingly.
