Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has

undergone whole of the sentence as imposed upon him in terms of judgment

dated 12.12.2013 and now he is released from the jail. In that view of the matter

he further submits that this appeal has become infructuous and seeks permission

of the Court to withdraw the same. Submission allowed.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as having been rendered

infructuous.
