ORDER
Sh. S. S. Nanda, Sr. AAG on the basis of instructions from
Sh. Ganshyam Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner submits that three
plots of land have been identified to be given to the petitioner pursuant to the
judgment and order dated 09.11.2000.
Sh. Nanda is directed to intimate the land so identified to the
petitioner within a period of one week whereupon the petitioner would select
and give consent for the allotment of any one of them.
