This review petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking review of the judgment dated 28.09.2015 passed in LPA No.71/2015.

The review petition came to be filed in November, 2015 and since then nobody has caused appearance in the matter which suggests that petitioners have lost interest to prosecute the review petition which is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
