By way of present application, the
applicant/petitioner has prayed for restraining the
respondents from demanding penalty in pursuance of
impugned notice dated 08.01.2026 (Annexure P-4).
Learned counsel representing the applicant/
petitioner has brought the attention of this Court to the
similar matter pending adjudication before this Court and in
that petition, a Division Bench of this Court has passed the
restraint order against the respondents.
Keeping in view the above, during the pendency
of the present petition, the respondents are restrained from
resorting to take any coercive steps in furtherance of
