Notice. Mr. B.N. Sharma, Ld. Addl. Advocate General,

appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the

respondents.

2. Petitioner, in the case at hand, is a person with

disability and appointed against the 3% quota meant for

persons with Disability. Her initial appointment was made on

19.04.2021 on contract basis. The services of the petitioner

were regularized on 20.10.2023.

3. Being a person appointed under the person with

disability quota (hearing impairment), the petitioner is seeking

the benefits of law laid down by this Court in CWPOA No.1077

of 2019, titled Nitin Kumar Vs. State of HP & anr., decided

on 22.08.2022, wherein it has been held that a person with

disabilities is to be appointed on regular basis.

3. In this respect, learned counsel for the petitioner has

further drawn attention of this Court to letter dated 08.09.2023

wherein the respondent/State has implemented the aforesaid

judgment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that

w.r.t. the grievances being raised in the present petition, an

appropriate representation dated 27.08.2024 stands made to

the concerned authorities. The same is appended with the

present petition as Annexure P-6.

Learned Addl. Advocate General submits that the

representation so made by the petitioner, shall be decided

within a period of four weeks from today.

6. In view thereof, present petition is disposed of, so also

the pending application(s), if any.

7. List for compliance on 11.11.2024.
