Dheeraj K. Vashisht, learned counsel, appears and waives

service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

the case at hand is squarely covered by the judgment

rendered by the erstwhile Himachal Pradesh Administrative

Tribunal Camp at Mandi, in O.A. No.2929 of 2015, titled Brij

Lal and others vs. State of H.P. and another, on

06.07.2017, affirmed by this Court and the Hon'ble Apex

Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits

that benefits, in view of the aforesaid judgment, have been

extended to the similar situate persons by the respondents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits

that with respect to the grievances being raised in the

present petition, the petitioner has made an appropriate

representation dated 09.08.2024 to the

respondents/concerned quarters. The same is appended

along with the present petition as Annexure P-4.

5. In view of above, learned counsel for the

respondents submits that the representation so made by the

petitioner shall be decided within a period of eight weeks

from today.

6. In view of above terms, present petition stands

disposed of, so also, pending miscellaneous application(s), if

any.

7. List for compliance, on 26.12.2024.
