2. The present petition has been filed for seeking

interim bail on the ground that marriage of the petitioner is to be

solemnized with the victim and he is ready and willing in case he

be sent for his marriage in police custody and also agreed that he

will bear all expenses of his transportation and boarding and

lodging expenses of the police official.

3. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of

with the direction to the police authorities that the applicant

shall be taken in proper custody for his marriage w.e.f.

06.09.2024 till 10.09.2024 at his native place Village Jamroti, P.O.

Banethi, Tehsil Nahan, District Sirmour, H.P. and thereafter will

be brought back to the jail under proper escort. The petitioner

shall bear all the expenses of transportation and also to provide

food and suitable stay to the police official accompanying him.

4. A copy of this order be sent to Superintendent, Model

Jail Nahan, District Sirmour, H.P. through FASTER, to ensure the

necessary compliance.

5. Petition stands disposed of.
