Notice. Mr. B.N.Sharma, Additional Advocate General, appears

and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case at hand

is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by a Division Bench of

this Court in CWP No. 842 of 2017, titled State of H.P. & others vs.

Sardari Lal & another, decided on 07.07.2022.

3. Other than the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that the benefits of the aforesaid judgment to other similar

situate individuals have been granted by the respondents-State.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with respect to

the grievances being raised in the present petition, the petitioner has

made a representation dated 20.08.2024 to the concerned quarters.

The same is appended along with the present petition as

Annexure P-5.

5. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the

representation so made by the petitioner shall be decided within a
