Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that
the issue raised in these petitions is squarely covered by the
judgment passed by this Court in CWP No. 8148 of 2022, titled
Yashwant Kumar Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others
a/w connected matters, decided on 21.03.2024.
2. Therefore, in these circumstances, as the parties
are at ad idem that the issue involved in this petition is squarely
covered by the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.
8148 of 2022, titled Yashwant Kumar Vs. State of Himachal
Pradesh and others a/w connected matters, decided on
21.03.2024 and these petitions be disposed of with the
direction that the findings so returned by this Court shall mutatis
mutandi applies to this petition also, the same are disposed of
with the direction that the findings returned by this Court in
CWP No. 8148 of 2022, titled Yashwant Kumar Vs. State of
Himachal Pradesh and others a/w connected matters, decided
on 21.03.2024, shall mutatis mutandi apply to these petitions
also and all directions so issued by this Court shall be
construed as having been issued in these petitions also, but of
course, this will be subject to legal rights of the respondents.
