Notice. Mr. Virender Singh, learned Counsel,

accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that

interest of justice would be served, in case, the representation

made by the petitioner, appended with the petition as Annexure

P-3 with regard to his grievance, is directed to be decided by

the competent Authority within some reasonable time.

3. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the

direction that the representation made by the petitioner,

appended with the writ petition as Annexure P-3, shall be

decided by the competent Authority, in light of the averments

made therein as well as the judgments being relied upon by the

petitioner, within a period of six weeks from today, by passing a

speaking order, in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous

application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
