In view of enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction vide

notification dated 17.10.2022 read with corrigendum dated

06.12.2022, this case, as prayed by learned counsel for the

parties, is ordered to be transferred to the learned District Judge Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

concerned. The seat of arbitration was in District Shimla.

Accordingly, the present petition is transferred to learned District

Judge, Shimla. The parties, through their respective learned

counsel, are directed to appear before the learned District Judge,

Shimla on 19.11.2024. Registry is directed to transmit the record

of the case forthwith to the concerned Court. The amount

deposited in the instant case shall also be transferred to the

concerned Court, where it shall be invested in accordance with

law.

This petition stands disposed of in above terms, so

also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
