Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the

petitioner though has claimed the relief in respect of release of

revision of pay-scale w.e.f. 01.01.2016 onwards, however, the

grounds for claiming the relief are lacking in particular materials.

Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to

withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file afresh with better

particulars. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as

withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending miscellaneous

application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
