There is typographical error of date mentioned in the

end of the judgment dated 18.09.2024, passed in CWP No.343 of

2018 and connected matter, as at the end instead of '18 th September,

2024' the date has been inadvertently typed as '10 th September, 2024,

which could not be rectified due to oversight. So, the date mentioned

in the last page of aforesaid judgment as '10 th September, 2024' is

ordered to be corrected as '18th September, 2024'.

The Court Master of this Court is directed to carry out

necessary correction in the judgment, as aforesaid. A corrected copy

of the judgment be uploaded on the website of the High Court.
