Notice. Mr. Gautam Sood, learned Deputy Advocate
General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the
respondents.
2. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that as
per instructions, he is ready and willing to withdraw Annexure
P-9 dated 13.09.2022, in so far as it pertains to the present
petitioner. Further on instructions he submits that the
respondent concerned would reconsider the case of the
petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment. The needful
will be done within four weeks from today.
3. Learned Deputy Advocate General further submits that
the case of the petitioner shall be dealt with by a detailed
speaking order.
4. The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid
terms.
