2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that w.r.t.

the grievances being raised in the present petition, same are

squarely covered by the judgments passed by this Court in

CWP No.414 of 2014, titled Kuldip Chand Vs. State of HP

Ors. a/w connected matters, decided on 02.05.2012 and in

CWP No.7602 of 2010, titled Om Parkash Vs. State of HP

through its Secretary Education and Ors a/w connected

matters., decided on 02.05.2012.

3. Other than the aforesaid, learned counsel for the

petitioner submits that the benefits of the aforesaid judgments

to other similar situate individuals have been granted by the

respondents-State vide office orders dated 01.12.2023 and
