General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the

respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the

issue raised in this petition is squarely covered by the decision dated

07.07.2022, rendered in CWP No. 842 of 2017 (State of H.P. and

others Vs. Sardari lal and Another and the connected matters).

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would be

content if the cases of the petitioners are considered by the

respondents in light of the aforesaid judgment. Learned Deputy

Advocate General has no objection to this prayer.

Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

3. Having regard to above submissions and without

examining the merits of the matter, this petition is disposed of by

directing the respondents to consider the cases of the petitioners in

light of the aforesaid judgment and pass appropriate orders in

accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of

receipt of copy of this order. The decision so arrived at, shall also be

communicated to the petitioners. Pending miscellaneous

application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
