    Satyen Vaidya, Judge (Oral):

The only grievance of the petitioner against the

transfer order dated 30.9.2023 (Annexure P-1) is that he has

been transferred without allowing him to complete his normal

tenure.

2. The averments made in the petition reveal that the

petitioner has been posted in one station i.e. Kanam in District

Kinnaur since 2015, though in different schools. Thus, the

petitioner has been at Kanam for the last about eight years and

it cannot be said that the petitioner has not been allowed to

complete his normal tenure.

Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

3. No ground for interference is made out and the

petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending applications, if any,

also stand disposed of.
