2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by

the judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court

in CWP No. 3050 of 2014, decided on 17.07.2014,

titled as Nek Ram Vs. State of HP. and Others.

case the respondents r to He further submits that petitioner shall be content in

are directed to consider the

case of the petitioner in a time bound manner in

light of judgment ibid.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of

with the direction to respondent No. 2 to consider the

case of the petitioner in light of judgment passed by

Division Bench of this Court in CWP No. 3050 of

2014, decided on 17.07.2014, titled as Nek Ram Vs.

State of HP. and Others, within eight weeks from

today and will decide the same by passing a speaking

order. In case, the petitioner is found similarly

situated as petitioner in CWP No. 3050 of 2014, he

will also be granted the same benefits as granted to

petitioner in above case.

4. Pending miscellaneous application (s), if

any, shall also stand disposed of.
