because similar point is involved in all these petitions.

2 Mr. Mukul Sharma, learned counsel appearing under the

instructions of learned original counsel Mr. Vir Bahadur Verma, Advocate,

has placed on record communication dated 3rd October, 2023 indicating

the release of amount claimed to have been paid in compliance of order

passed by Court in these petitions.

3 Therefore, Execution Petition No. 189 of 2023 is disposed of

and Execution Petitions No. 190 and 191 of 2023 are closed accordingly

with liberty to petitioner(s) to avail appropriate remedy, if anything still

survives to be redressed.
