This application has been filed on behalf of

applicant/respondent No. 1(a) Ram Dass for release of amount

of compensation in his favour as per his entitlement being legal

heir of respondent No. 1 Mohan.

Main appeal stands decided on 24.8.2018.

Application is duly supported by affidavit of the applicant.

No objection has been communicated for allowing

the application.

Accordingly, amount for which the applicant is

entitled in terms of final judgment is ordered to be released in

his favour alongwith up to date interest by remitting the same in

his bank account mentioned in para 3 of the application.

Photocopy of front page of pass book has also been filed with

the application.

The application stands disposed of.
