This is an application for revival of COPC No. 287 of 2022,

which was disposed of on 5.9.2022, on the basis of undertaking given by

learned Additional Advocate General that the judgment dated 1.10.2021

passed by this court in CWP No. 3411 of 2021 shall be complied within

two weeks. Since the aforesaid judgment has not been complied with by

the respondents, petitioners have approached this Court for revival of

the contempt proceedings.

Notice. Mr. Narinder Guleria, learned Additional Advocate

General accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He seeks time to

have instructions/file reply to the application by the next date of hearing,

failing which respondent No.1, shall remain present in the court, on the

next date of hearing.
