The present case has been sent to the learned
Mediator to make an endeavor for amicable resolution of the
dispute between the parties.
2. Mr. Praneet Gupta, learned Mediator, has filed
his report, wherein it has been stated that the parties have
settled the matter in view of Ext. M-1.

3. The original FDR amounting to Rs.2,00,000/- in
favour of minor child namely Bhanvi, as per terms of the

compromise Ext. M-1, has been handed over to the respondent
today in the Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated
that in view of the compromise Ext. M-1, the present petition has
been rendered infructuous.
5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as
having been rendered infructuous.

disposed of.
